Another view of the valley with more clouds now and getting darker. Apparently this valley was also devestated by the 1946 Tsunami that also hit Laupahoehoe Point. At the time, this valley was somewhat populated. Only in the 60s did people begin to return. Now there are a few dozen privacy-lovers who live here, many farming taro, or otherwise checked-out of the rat race.
